?? Join the Team as Test Automation Specialist with ServiceNow Experience- European Commission

?? Your role

As a Test Automation Specialist, these are the main tasks that you'll be responsible for

• Design, prepare and monitor ServiceNow automated tests.
• Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate ServiceNow automated testing within the testing process.
• Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach.
• Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.
• Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs.
• Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.
• Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

??? What you'll bring

• Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF, ...)
  • Understanding of ServiceNow's scripting and automation capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Understanding of test automation strategies and when to apply them.
  • Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Experience with performance and security testing.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and to resolve complex automation challenges.
• Education & certifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field
• One of the following certification:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)
  • Certified Selenium WebDriver Professional
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of English - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
• Soft skills:
  • Autonomous
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Attention to details.
  • Good problem-solving skills
