They focus on maintaining environments that feel orderly, efficient, and comfortable for the people who rely on them.For the Finance team they are looking for a new Accounting Manager that will be leading a team of 5.

Description de la fonction

• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Ensuring accurate VAT filings and key tax compliance.
• Overseeing cash management and maintaining banking relationships.
• Coordinating internal and external audits and owning the general ledger domain.
• Leading a team of 5 and collaborating with key departments.
• Driving improvements and digitalization of core accounting processes.

Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong MS Office (Excel) skills; SAP and/or FIRST experience is an asset
• Very good Dutch and French; good English
• IFRS knowledge is a plus
• Detail-oriented, solution-driven, communicative, team-focused, and resilient
