Business Controller in the Healthcare industry, Brussels M/V/X

Strong of their +15 years of existence, they have developed different ranges of natural products for the whole family and are still expanding.

With this growth, they are looking for a Business Controller to take over the financial, margin & products' analysis, work on the closings as well as the more general business controlling.

Description de la fonction

As part of the financial team, the Business Controller will develop, analyze & communicate relevant and reliable information steering the business management.

Your tasks include:

• Analytic accounting and closing follow up (subsidiaries stocks valorization, provisions, .)
• Quarterly budget & forecast management
• P&L and financial statement activities
• Management of the finance of different projects, in connection with the operations
• Weekly sales reporting
• Participation in different transverse projects (improvement of reporting tools, process development, internal control development, .)
• Maintenance of the business controlling accuracy

Profil

The Business Controller, based in the south of Brussels, will have a transverse role and the possibility to work on different financial topics, being exposed to lots of different stakeholders.

As such, the controller will present a certain set of hard and soft skills:

• Master's degree in finance / economics - Or equivalent
• At least 3 years in a similar financial field (eg. Controlling and/or External audit)
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience and knowledge in Power BI, SAGE X3 and the Office Suite
• You are analytical and solution oriented
• You have excellent communication skills
