Our client is a multinational company in the healthcare sector, recognized for its strong commitment to innovation and quality. Based in Leuven, they operate as a medium-sized organization providing specialized services to customers across Europe.
To strengthen their Customer Relations team and support the Southern European market, they are currently looking for a Spanish- and Italian-speaking professional.
Jobomschrijving
As a Customer Relations Specialist your responsibilities are:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Managing and resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Providing product information and guidance to clients.
- Monitoring and tracking customer satisfaction levels.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Profil
A successful Customer Relations Specialist should have:
- A relevant educational background in a related field.
- Experience in customer service, order management, or a service advisor/coordinator role.
- An interest in and affinity for the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP tools.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish; French is considered a plus.
