Our client is a multinational company in the healthcare sector, recognized for its strong commitment to innovation and quality. Based in Leuven, they operate as a medium-sized organization providing specialized services to customers across Europe.

To strengthen their Customer Relations team and support the Southern European market, they are currently looking for a Spanish- and Italian-speaking professional.


Jobomschrijving

As a Customer Relations Specialist your responsibilities are:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Managing and resolving customer issues and complaints.
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Providing product information and guidance to clients.
  • Monitoring and tracking customer satisfaction levels.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Profil

A successful Customer Relations Specialist should have:

  • A relevant educational background in a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, order management, or a service advisor/coordinator role.
  • An interest in and affinity for the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP tools.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish; French is considered a plus.
