Do you enjoy working with data and organizing information? Are you curious about a scientific environment, even if you have no experience yet? Great, this entry-level role might be exactly what you're looking for!

Your main responsibility is to process, structure, and maintain data related to biological and non-biological samples. You will use Excel as your primary tool to keep sample information accurate, organized, and accessible.

Tasks

• Maintain and update sample-related data in Excel and tracking systems.

• Clean, structure, and validate data to ensure accuracy.

• Use advanced Excel functionalities, such as:

• Pivot tables

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

• INDEX/MATCH

• Conditional formatting

• Data validation

• Basic dashboards and charts

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Interest in working in a scientific or laboratory-adjacent environment - scientific knowledge is helpful but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Open to recent graduates -training will be provided.
