Network Field Engineer - The Job

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients in the field, ensuring an excellent experience.
• Support clients with network and telecom solutions, resolving issues promptly.
• Configure and maintain firewalls to secure network traffic, including rule creation, NAT, VPNs, and intrusion prevention.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance across L2 and L3 devices.
• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps according to IT best practices.

• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to strengthen team performance.

   

Profil

Network Field Engineer - Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Network & Telecom field.
• Proven expertise in network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and client support.
• Trilingual (English, French, and Dutch), with excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships while supporting colleagues.

• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
