Are you a hands-on Service Delivery Manager who knows how to keep IT services running smoothly? For one of our major international clients, Randstad Digital is looking for a pragmatic professional to bridge the gap between business needs and IT operations.In this role, you ensure that services are delivered as promised. You manage expectations, talk to stakeholders, and make sure external suppliers hit their targets. No nonsense, just high-quality service delivery.
Your Tasks:
- Service Management: Oversee daily IT service delivery and ensure processes (ITIL) are followed.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal customers and manage their expectations.
- Supplier Management: Monitor performance of external vendors and ensure they meet their SLAs.
- Reporting & Quality: Keep track of KPIs and service metrics. If something goes wrong, you handle the escalation.
- Continuous Improvement: Spot bottlenecks in the current way of working and suggest practical improvements.
Your Profile:
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar role.
- Certification: You have an ITIL certification and know how to use it in practice.
- Analytical & Organized: You are process-oriented and good at documenting services and reporting data.
- Communication: You are a strong communicator who can negotiate and influence at different levels.
- Languages: Excellent English is a must, combined with Dutch or French.
- Mindset: Proactive, stress-resistant, and focused on customer satisfaction.
