As a Temporary Tender Specialist your responsibilities are:

• Managing the complete tender process from start to finish.
• Ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborating with internal departments to gather necessary information.
• Preparing and submitting accurate tender documentation.
• Monitoring and reviewing tender opportunities in the Life Science industry.
• Handling customer inquiries related to tenders.
• Maintaining organized records of tender submissions and outcomes.
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement in the tender process.

Profil

A successful Temporary Tender Specialist should have:

• Educational background relevant to Customer Service or Life Science.
• Experience in managing tender processes or similar tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Excel)
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of the market is an asset.
