Looking for a new challenge in the international moving sector? This international moving company in Cargovil is looking for a Move Coordinator to join their team.

As a Move Coordinator, your responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinating the entire moving process from start to finish, including transportation of goods, customs formalities, and logistics handling.
  • Communicating clearly with clients to set expectations and guide them through the relocation process.
  • Organizing all necessary documentation for international shipments (customs forms, import/export regulations, etc.).
  • Overseeing multiple moving cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods.
  • Arranging transport, storage facilities, and suppliers worldwide.
  • Monitoring cost compliance throughout the process.
  • Addressing and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the move.
  • Ensuring seamless, customer-oriented communication throughout the process.
  • Registering and manage files in a sector-specific database.
  • Handling price inquiries and requests via phone and email.
  • Managing invoicing and follow-up procedures.

Profil

For this permanent position, we expect:

  • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience or knowledge of transport and logistics is a plus.
