Functieomschrijving

In deze rol ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor planning en dispatching.

Je:

• Plant techniekers in voor onderhoud, herstellingen en dringende interventies.
• Volgt bestellingen en onderhoudscontracten op.
• Houdt dagelijks contact met klanten en techniekers.
• Coördineert dringende herstellingen die dezelfde dag moeten gebeuren.
• Vormt de schakel tussen hersteldienst, planning en leveranciers.

Profil

Welk soort profiel zoeken wij

• Diploma: A2 of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Ervaring: min. 3 jaar in planning, dispatching of technische administratie.
• Talen: NL zeer goed, FR goed (+- 15% van de klanten).
• IT: goede kennis van MS Office.
• Persoonlijkheid: je staat sterk in je schoenen, bent communicatief, stressbestendig en klantgericht.
