Description de la fonction

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer stage
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define recruitment strategies
• Source and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools

Profil

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Fluent in English with a very good command of either French or Dutch
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work autonomously while staying well-organised and structured
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership
• Demonstrates sound judgement and a strong sense of responsibility
