A leading network company is seeking a seasoned Network & Security Engineer to join and strengthen its expert team.

Network & Security Engineer - The Role

• Step in when issues go beyond Level 1, troubleshoot routers, switches, WiFi, and security devices.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for clients.
• Configure switches, access points, and firewalls; assist with deployments and upgrades.
• Work closely with senior engineers to integrate new technologies and improve existing setups.

• Act as the first point of contact, solve real-world network problems, and ensure seamless operations.

   

Profil

Network & Security Engineer - The Profile

• Degree in IT/Telecom or equivalent 3+ years in IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewalls, VLANs, WiFi (APs, controllers, captive portals), and cloud networking.
• Meticulous, always learning, and constantly seeking better solutions.
• Excellent communicator, team player, and client-facing skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
