Application Technical Lead 
 
Job Overview:
 
Lead a specialized application team by overseeing technical solutions, guiding development efforts, and maintaining software in alignment with business goals."
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team to foster technical excellence.
• Oversee and ensure technical integrity of software systems, including system design and adherence to architectural standards.
• Participate in hands-on development tasks, including coding, feature implementation, and performance optimization.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for software releases and manage configuration change requests with infrastructure teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality assurance and security practices to maintain high standards.
• Assess, integrate, and troubleshoot technologies to enhance system capabilities and support operational stability.

Skills and Competences:

• Experience with the folowing technologies:  .NET Core, Azure, Git, SQL, Blazor
