Are you an experienced RPG developer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on impactful IT applications? We're seeking a motivated Analyst-Programmer (RPG) to join a dynamic team managing a portfolio of essential business applications.
This role offers 2 days on-site per week, giving you flexibility while staying connected to the team.
 

What You'll Do

• Collaborate on application evolution projects in partnership with analysts.
  
• Maintain and improve existing RPG applications.
  
• Translate functional specifications into technical solutions while respecting existing systems.
  
• Follow standardized development methodologies to ensure accuracy and clarity in all business requirements.
  
• Analyze and review change requests.
  
• Perform periodic IT tasks as required.
  
• Work closely with a skilled development team.
  
• Apply your knowledge of high-quality development practices to deliver reliable solutions.
  

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience in a similar role.
  
• Strong expertise in RPG development (RPG IV, RPG ILE, RPG ILE Free Format).
  
• Solid knowledge of SQL and DB2.
  
• Familiarity with IBM Power Systems (iSeries) is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of CL programming is an asset.
  
• Strong team spirit and ability to work independently.
  
• Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on what matters most.
  
• Flexible, attentive to deadlines, and motivated.
  
• Embraces change as a positive factor for organizational growth.
  
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with the ability to understand the other; English proficiency is a plus.
