Description de la fonction

As an L&D Specialist your responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
• Identify learning needs through collaboration with department heads and employees.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Manage the learning management system and track employee progress.
• Support the Human Resources team with talent development strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and integrate best practices into training solutions.

Profil

A successful L&D Specialist should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in learning and development or training roles within the business services industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication in English & Dutch, french is a plus
• Proficiency with learning management systems and training software.
• An innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
