Description de la fonction

You will join a large, international, and financially strong company that is a global leader in logistics and supply chain.

• You ensure smooth and timely handling of shipments, including tracking (track & trace) and accurate delivery or clearance when required.
• You process data accurately and promptly in the operational system and follow the export workflow daily.
• You are responsible for correct and timely billing to customers and suppliers.
• You maintain professional contact with customers and suppliers, building sustainable relationships.
• You consistently work according to internal procedures and external regulations, monitor KPIs, and escalate issues when necessary.
• You contribute to process optimization, ensure SOPs are up to date, and communicate clearly and promptly with internal and external stakeholders.

Profil

• You have a solid knowledge of the logistics sector (e.g., Incoterms, cargo flows, Dangerous Goods).
• You work accurately and with high quality, respect deadlines, and handle tasks carefully.
• You can work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain oversight even during busy periods.
• You communicate clearly and efficiently, are customer-focused, and think proactively in finding practical and client-friendly solutions.
• You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
