Our client is an international company active in the medical industry. They are reinforcing their DACH team with an Order Manager Coordinator (Customer Serivce OTC).

Description de la fonction

As an Order Management Coordinator for the German market your responsibilities are:

• Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve any order-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support the sales team with order updates and client inquiries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide excellent service to customers in the German market.

Profil

A successful Order Management Coordinator for the German market should have:

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Educational background in business, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience in order management or customer service, preferably within the Life Science industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
