Description de la fonction

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer orders, confirming delivery dates, and coordinating with logistics partners,
• Keeping the sales network informed about order status and delivery timelines,
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper receipt of materials,
• Following up on relabelling activities handled by logistics providers,
• Participating in system testing and handling customer returns as instructed by the sales team.

The successful candidate must have :

• Excellent oral and written skills in both English and French (any other language is a plus)
• Proactiveness
• Strong organisational skills
• Autonomy
• Flexibility
• Taste for variety of tasks
