Junior System Administrator - The Role

• Provide L2/L3 support for servers, systems, and enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, escalations, and performance issues
• Manage and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Monitor system performance, backups, and security processes
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud environments
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure system reliability
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure projects

• Maintain clear documentation of incidents, configurations, and procedures

   

Profil

Junior System Administrator - The Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in System Administration or L2/L3 IT Support
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing basics)
• Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work both independently and in a team
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English
