Capacity planner Airfreight M/V/X

For a globally active logistics company, we are urgently looking for a Capacitiy planner airfreight!

You are responsible for planning the bookings for cargo, for making the volume calculations and for drawing up the quotations:

• Daily coordination and optimization of  airfreight Capacity
• Propose volume steering / Changes when trends occur
• Obtain competitive rates from airlines
• Timely response of bookings & requests 
• Timely increases / cancellations and reductions / returns of Capacity
• Irregularity Report follow up (Planning items)
• Handover of instructions to other departments
• Booking shipments through various platforms

Profil

As our new capacity planner airfreight, you recognize yourself in following aspects:

• Profound airfreight forwarding knowledge - Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• You have an Excellent knowledge of English, other languages are considered a big plus
• Airfreight consolidation (ULD / flight level) expertise
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and customers
• Operational and analytical skills
• Creative and financially/service driven.
• Customer oriented
• Airfreight Security awareness
• You are stress-resistant, flexible and a real problem-solver

• Anglais (atout)
