Description de la fonction
Your responsibilities:
· Organisation of events within PSCG (Diest & potentially any of our abroad warehouses), including proposing the event, alignment with senior management, event execution, reflection with customers and taking care of the practical arrangements.
· Some of the events are:
. Organisation of the MIM which is a Monthly Information Meeting for all PSCG office employees.
. Organisation of OE (Operational Excellence) meeting
. And many other TPCE events you will support:
Seniority celebrations
30 years celebration of TPCE
New Years Party
Periodical treats to employees
...
· Creation of e-learning in articulate
· Support Development roadmap creation ensuring members are ready for the future
· Grasp current available training material across the divisions & seek good practice within Toyota
· You will be able to work together X-functionally to broaden your knowledge and experience.
· Support in internal communication to our office & warehouse employees using different communication channels
· Contribute to the overall engagement of our shopfloor members
Profil
Education level: Bachelor degree or higher
· You are fluent in English (TME's business language)
· Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ability to create high quality material for presentations and reporting.
· Strong analytical skills, perseverance, and the ability to work autonomously.
· Capability to manage multiple challenging tasks.
· Experience in development would be a plus
· Flexible team player, open personality, spirit to challenge and explore uncharted territories
