Our client operate in a domain where practical support and seamless daily functioning take priority, though the specifics remain intentionally understated. They focus on maintaining environments that feel orderly, efficient, and comfortable for the people who rely on them.For the Finance team they are looking for a new Accounting Manager that will be leading a team of 5.

• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Ensuring accurate VAT filings and key tax compliance.
• Overseeing cash management and maintaining banking relationships.
• Coordinating internal and external audits and owning the general ledger domain.
• Leading a team of 5 and collaborating with key departments.
• Driving improvements and digitalization of core accounting processes.

Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong MS Office (Excel) skills; SAP and/or FIRST experience is an asset
• Very good Dutch and French; good English
• IFRS knowledge is a plus
• Detail-oriented, solution-driven, communicative, team-focused, and resilient
