In the pharmaceutical sector, our client operates in a space where control and consistency are paramount. What they provide is highly technical, often behind the scenes, yet fundamental to ensuring that critical processes run exactly as they should. Their work enables environments where precision isn't optional - it's the baseline.

For their office in Brussels, they are currently looking for a Financial Accountant/Controller.

Our client seeks a Financial Accounant/Controller to manage financial activities across several European entities. The role covers accounting, controlling, forecasting and project oversight in a regulated environment.

• Ensure accurate processing of balance sheet accounts in line with Group Controlling guidelines;
• Coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors.
• Monitor customer invoicing procedures.
• Follow up customer payments and coordinate reminders and collections.
• Prepare and follow up supplier payments.
• Analyse budget variances per cost center and propose corrective actions
• Prepare management reports.
• Analyse and interpret financial and operational KPIs
• Support Planning, Budgeting and Rolling Forecast activities;
• Assist Group Controlling with month-end closing.

Profil

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting & Controlling.
• Experience in an international environment is an asset.
• Strong analytic skills and a business-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Trilingual is a big plus!
