Are you passionate about designing integrations that connect business processes, applications, and data seamlessly? We are looking for a Senior Integration Expert / Technical Analyst who can translate business needs into clear integration solutions and guide development teams in implementing them.
You will play a key role in shaping modern integration architectures in a complex enterprise environment that is evolving towards API-driven and event-driven systems.
In this position, you act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and development teams. You ensure that integration requirements are translated into high-quality specifications and that they are implemented consistently across the application landscape.
You will also contribute to defining integration patterns and helping teams adopt scalable, modern integration approaches.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into clear technical integration specifications.
  • Work closely with application and enterprise architects to align with architecture principles and integration standards.
  • Design integration flows using modern patterns such as API-led integrations, event-driven architecture, pub/sub, synchronous and asynchronous messaging.
  • Take a leading role in creating WSO2 integration specifications for business applications and integrations.
  • Guide development teams during implementation and ensure specifications are correctly interpreted.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid).
  • Contribute to reusable integration patterns, documentation, and governance.
  • Support teams in troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical integration challenges.

Required experience

  • Strong understanding of integration design patterns and event-driven architecture.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into technical integration specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.
  • Solid knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, message queues, and security standards such as OAuth2 and certificates.
  • Experience guiding development teams and validating delivered integration components.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
Strong advantages:
  • Experience with WSO2 (API Manager, ESB, Micro Integrator).
  • Experience with event-driven platforms such as Azure Event Grid or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
  • Understanding of cloud-native integration patterns and MicroServices architectures.

Practical information

  • Location: Antwerp
  • Onsite: 1 day per week
  • Language: English required, Dutch is a plus
  • Start: ASAP
