As a Junior Training Coordinator your responsibilities are:

• Design and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of the Association
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring smooth execution
• Arrange business travel
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in all training initiatives
• Provide support and guidance to subscribers during their training journey

Profil

A successful Junior Training Coordinator should have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree
• A successful first experience in a similar position
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Any other European language is a plus
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
