As a Supply Officer your responsibilities are:

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with logistics and supply chain policies and procedures.
• Analyze data to forecast supply needs and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline supply chain processes.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities.

Profil

A successful Supply Officer should have:

• Educational background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Excellent level of Dutch & English
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
