Description de la fonction

• European organization active in the retail sector.

• Compile key commercial data and insights to support the preparation of negotiation materials and strategic presentations.
• Contribute to negotiation argumentation and strategy building together with cross-country teams, delivering decision-ready documents for senior negotiators.
• Analyse product assortments, pricing structures and new product introductions to ensure accurate commercial follow-up.
• Manage internal pricing processes and ensure proper implementation within internal tools and systems.
• Facilitate the flow of information between central teams and local country stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consistency.
• Execute administrative tasks linked to annual commercial discussions and supplier negotiations.
• Coordinate organisational aspects of commercial meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving sourcing processes, tools, and overall commercial performance.

Profil

• Bachelor's degree in business, international trade or a related field.
• Strong interest in international environments and the FMCG/retail ecosystem.
• Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of working collaboratively across countries.
