As a Machine Operator, you are the heartbeat of the production process. You won't just be "pushing buttons"; you will be responsible for the high-tech heart of the factory. You will manage advanced, computer-controlled machinery to ensure a seamless flow of high-quality products. Profil

Technical Aptitude: Experience operating computer-controlled (CNC) or automated machinery is highly preferred.

Logistics Skills: Proficiency in operating a sideloader (or a strong willingness to be trained/certified).

Eye for Detail: A "first-time-right" mentality with a sharp eye for visual quality checks.

Proactive Mindset: The ability to spot technical issues early and act decisively.

Commitment to Safety: A disciplined approach to workplace safety and cleanliness.

System Oversight: Set up, calibrate, and monitor computer-controlled machines to ensure maximum production efficiency.

Logistics & Flow: Operate a sideloader to restack panels efficiently, ensuring the production line never skips a beat.

Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous visual inspections to ensure every item meets the highest industry standards.

Technical Troubleshooting: Take proactive measures by identifying and reporting technical deviations before they impact the process.

Safety & Organization: Maintain a pristine, organized workspace while strictly adhering to advanced safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident environment.
