Description de la fonction

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and profitability analysis
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
• Support operational decision-making through financial modeling
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards
• Work closely with leadership on business strategy and growth initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
• Support certain COO-level coordination tasks across departments

Profil

• Strong experience in Finance Business Controlling
• Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
• Experience working with senior stakeholders or executive teams
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and strategic environment
