Overview

 
We are looking for a Senior/Expert Project Manager to lead a large-scale Data Platform transformation program within a complex international environment.
The role will focus on defining and delivering a target enterprise data platform, consolidating capabilities from multiple existing environments and aligning them with the organization's long-term data strategy.
This position sits at the intersection of technology, data architecture, and executive governance, requiring strong leadership, structured delivery, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
 

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and delivery of a strategic enterprise Data Platform transformation program.
  
• Coordinate technical teams, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders across multiple domains.
  
• Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
  
• Ensure transparent reporting to senior leadership, including risks, progress, and strategic recommendations.
  
• Facilitate discussions on data architecture, integration strategy, data governance, and migration approaches.
  
• Identify and drive the target platform vision, leveraging capabilities from existing environments.
  
• Challenge technical teams where necessary to ensure realistic planning and delivery commitments.
  
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination within a complex enterprise ecosystem.
  

 

Profile

• 10-15+ years of experience in IT project or program management within large organizations.
  
• Strong track record delivering data platform, data transformation, or enterprise data programs.
  
• Solid understanding of data architecture, data engineering, and modern data ecosystems.
  
• Technical background (preferably software engineering or development).
  
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
