Description de la fonction

• Supervise and prepare dishes, including assessing product quality and preparing tools.
• Perform preparatory tasks such as washing, cutting, and mixing, then prepare whole dishes or parts.
• Carry out interim quality checks on taste, color, and texture.                             
• Manage stock and orders, including planning daily tasks and receiving items.     
• Monitor shelf life and hygiene of stock in accordance with HACCP and safety regulations.
• Propose improvements for menus, work instructions, and recipes.

Profil

Education: Vocational education level MBO-3 (work and thinking level).
Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
Competencies: Must take initiative, remain calm under high workloads, and show interest in others.
Qualities: Confidence in own abilities, ability to plan ahead, and resilience after setbacks.
Language: English -communicative
