Our client operates in an international and complex organizational structure, including multiple business units and an affiliated entity with its own governance model. The environment is analytical, fast-paced, and demands high-quality financial reporting standards.

Description de la fonction

As a Freelance Business Controller , your responsibilities are:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Deliver detailed performance analysis across international business units
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting to central controlling
• Work extensively with Excel-based reporting tools and financial models
• Support financial planning processes and business decision-making
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the affiliate and international teams
• Ensure consistency and reliability of financial data
• Operate autonomously in managing daily controlling activities
• Report directly to the Business Controlling Director

Profil

A successful Freelance Business Controller should have:

• Proven experience as a Business Controller, preferably in an industrial sector
• Strong experience in international or complex organizational environments
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (key requirement)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Languages: Dutch + English + French (professional level)
