Description de la fonction
Technical. Curious. Ready to grow.
At Sarens we believe early- career engineers grow faster when their direction is not fixed too early. That's why we focus first on who you are, how you think and how you work under pressure. Based on that, we define together where your journey at Sarens will begin.
Join the force behind #Nothing too heavy, Nothing too high.
As a Young Engineer, you work on real Sarens projects from the start. Depending on your profile and the projects at hand, your work may include:
- Analysing technical questions and project input
- Translating requirements into practical technical solutions
- Working with calculations, configurations, drawings or technical documentation
- Coordinating with engineers, site teams, suppliers and other departments
- Supporting project preparation and execution, both from the office and on site
- Contributing safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery
Your responsibilities grow as your experience and confidence grow. The exact focus of your work is defined together after we get to know you.
Profil
About you.
All our Young Engineers have one thing in common: a technical background. What differs is how they apply it. You:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field (engineering, electromechanics, construction, .)
- Are at the start of your career or have up to a first limited work experience
- Have a strong interest in technology, engineering and complex projects
- Are willing to learn fast, take responsibility and step into real-life situations
- Feel comfortable in an environment where not everything is predefined
- Communicate fluently in English, which is used daily across our international projects and teams. Any knowledge of any other language is a strong plus.
Whether you are more analytical, communicative, structured, hands-on or solutions-driven, we are interested in understanding how you work and where you can grow.
