Description de la fonction

As a Customer Service OTC, your responsibilities are:

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery times.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Provide support to the sales team by preparing reports and documentation as needed.
• Monitor and follow up on backorders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all customer interactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.

Profil

A successful Customer Service OTC should have:

• Experience in customer service, preferably within the life science industry.
• Proficiency in order management systems and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A solution-oriented mindset and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Fluency in French, Dutch & English; additional language skills are a plus.
