Our client is a well-structured international association active in agriculture matters, and composed of multiple departments with centralized financial governance.

Operating in a regulated and process-driven environment, the organisation requires additional support to ensure proper financial follow-up, reporting accuracy, and operational continuity across its teams.

Description de la fonction

As a Freelance Operations & Finance officer, you will:

• Monitor and follow up departmental budgets across 6 departments
• Ensure proper invoice follow-up and financial administration
• Support the preparation of 2025 financial reporting
• Manage and control expense claims (travel, events, dinners, etc.)
• Oversee an annual expense budget of approximately ?600,000
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data
• Provide basic operational IT support and coordination when needed
• Assist teams with tools and internal systems
• Provide administrative support related to HR operations and processes
• Assist with internal coordination and operational follow-up

Profil

As a Freelance Operations & Finance officer, you have:

• Strong background in accounting or financial operations
• Highly precise, meticulous and structured way of working (non-negotiable)
• Experience in budget monitoring, expense management and reporting
• Polyvalent mindset with willingness to support across finance, IT and HR
• Languages: English + French or Dutch
