Satellit - Enterprise Data Architect 
 
Job Overview
 
Design and oversee enterprise-wide data strategies and structures to ensure consistent, secure, and efficient handling of data across all applications. Define data ownership, flow guidelines, and alignment of data architectures with business capabilities while promoting governance and integrity of information assets."
 
Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into scalable and adaptable data architectures.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide information model defining core entities, relationships, and consistent definitions.
• Map information model entities to applications to identify points of data creation, transformation, and consumption.
• Evaluate system data flows for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business capabilities.
• Establish and enforce modeling standards, normalization rules, metadata management, and data lineage documentation.
• Advise on governance principles and collaborate with architecture teams to implement and refine data architecture standards.

Skills and Competences

• Data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical)
• Advising on data governance practices
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Creation and explanation of modeling diagrams and functional documentation
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, and enterprise information management
• Master's degree in engineering or scientific field
• Certification in TOGAF, DAMA, ITIL, AWS/Azure, MDM, or enterprise architecture framework
