Facility Assistant - Industrial Sector M/V/X

Our client is a medium-sized organization operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector. They are focused on maintaining efficient and high-quality facilities to support their operational goals.

Description de la fonction

• Perform hands-on minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operational continuity and safety.
• Monitor technical interventions and report anomalies quickly and accurately.
• Manage small installation and facility improvement projects from start to finish.
• Ensure clean, safe and compliant technical areas in line with company standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external contractors and specialised service providers.

Profil

• At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, facility services or a similar technical role.
• Technical background (Bac+2 or equivalent) or proven hands-on experience in building or equipment maintenance.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills in French and Dutch; English is an asset.
• A reliable, autonomous and safety-driven professional with strong problem-solving skills.
• Someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
