Onze klant is een grote speler op vlak van logistiek. Zij behandelen wegtransport, luchtvracht en zeevracht.

De vestiging in Kallo behandelt alles wat betreft ocean freight. De ruim 100 medewerkers zetten zich alle dagen in om een zo goed mogelijke service te kunnen bieden! Zij zitten per 4 collega's aan een eiland, verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen. De sfeer op de werkvloer is rustig, soms hectisch, maar zeer aangenaam. Er wordt goed samengewerkt, maar ook zeker regelmatig gelachen.

Elke 2 weken wordt er een fruitkistje op de afdelingen geleverd. Daarnaast kun je werken in een glijdend uurrooster, zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen en worden abonnementen op de toltunnel en waterbus volledig vergoed.

Our client is looking for an Export Operations Specialist to strengthen their team at Brucargo. They are a global logistics organization specializing in securing airfreight capacity on strategic routes worldwide. From everyday consumer goods to complex industrial shipments, they ensure that cargo moves safely, efficiently, and on time across the globe.

Your Tasks

• Process and follow up on daily export documentation flows
• Handle and monitor export customs clearance
• Process and track inbound and outbound truck movements
• Coordinate operational activities with the warehouse
• Align document flows with local and international Customer Service teams
• Report and follow up on documentation irregularities with origin stations
• Coordinate and follow up trucking movements internally with the Road Department
• Send flight alerts to airlines, ground handling agents, and destination stations
• Follow up on build-up optimization
• Visit ground handling agents when required to take corrective action

Profil

Your Profile

• Initial experience in air freight or cargo handling, or a degree in logistics
• Willing to work a late shift and flexible in case of operational emergencies
• Accurate in handling administrative flows and able to take full ownership of tasks
• Strong communicator and team player
• Customer-oriented and quality-driven
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset
• Looking for a long-term professional commitment
