For our client active in the international chemical distribution sector, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for the region of Diegem.

As a Customer Service Representative, you take ownership of the entire customer journey - from the first order to the final delivery. Think of yourself as the go?to person who keeps everything flowing smoothly.

Your varied responsibilities as Customer Service Representative include:

• Managing customer orders from A to Z, including delivery dates, credit limits and stock checks.

• Preparing invoices, credit notes and other administrative documents.

• Updating customer data, pricing details and reference information.

• Handling questions and complaints with a solution?oriented mindset.

• Gathering consumption forecasts and sharing them with the planning team.

• Monitoring monthly order volumes and aligning with Sales and Back Office.

• Following up deliveries and stock levels and taking corrective action when needed.
  
   

Profil

Our ideal Customer Service Representative brings the following qualities:

• A bachelor's degree in international trade or equivalent experience.

• Fluency in English, Italian and Spanish.

• Experience in customer service or supply chain is a strong asset.

• Solid IT skills (MS Office); SAP knowledge is a plus.

• A proactive, customer?focused personality with strong analytical skills.
