Description de la fonction
While full technical training is provided, your mission will be to ensure an excellent commercial experience for European customers and supporting the full sales cycle:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers in your assigned region, ensuring accurate verbal and written communication of all requirements.
- Manage inquiries, quotations, and orders, and coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams across Europe and the U.S.
- Organise shipments of finished goods to European customers and follow up proactively on delivery status.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels (general, custom, and market stock) and provide recommendations to management.
- Navigate strict quality, export compliance, and internal process requirements linked to aerospace-grade products.
- Solve day-to-day issues independently, escalating only when needed.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, one-to-ones, and ongoing coaching sessions with a dedicated local trainer.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and special internal projects.

- Assertive and confident on the phone, someone who proactively calls stakeholders rather than relying on emails.
- Open-minded, positive, and energetic, with strong resilience and stress resistance.
- Solution-oriented, able to anticipate issues and think ahead (plan B mindset).
- Comfortable dealing with demanding or high-level stakeholders, including U.S.-based teams.
Background & Experience :

Technical & Language Skills :
- Fluent in English (C-level) is mandatory
- At least B2 level in Italian and/or German is required for customer interactions
- Affinity with technical topics, curiosity and willingness to learn about complex products
