Role Overview

 
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Project Manager to lead and deliver medium-to-large scale cybersecurity initiatives, with a strong focus on Operational Technology (OT), Zero Trust architectures, and firewall-related projects. This role is responsible for managing complex digital programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, and driving successful execution across cross-functional teams and external partners.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT and cybersecurity projects
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and issues
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and best practices
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
• Facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with OT security, Zero Trust concepts, and network security (e.g., firewalls)
• Experience with project management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in industrial manufacturing or supply chain sectors is a plus
