Our client is an international leader in the retail industry, managing a portfolio of strong brands and operating across both wholesale and consumer-driven channels.

Description de la fonction

• Define and execute trade marketing strategies across the BeLux independent channel.
• Manage and optimize a significant marketing budget, ensuring ROI and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement B2B and B2C campaigns to drive brand visibility, sell-out, and customer engagement.
• Lead customer programs, loyalty initiatives, and trade activations to strengthen market positioning.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand, Digital, and Product teams to align commercial and marketing efforts.
• Drive digitalization and enhance the customer journey through tools, platforms, and new ways of working.
• Lead and coach a small team, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous development.

Profil

• 5-7 years of experience in trade marketing within BeLux, ideally in retail, FMCG, or premium/luxury sectors.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive performance, and deliver measurable results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
