Position : IT Manager Infrastructure & Cloud
Location : Ottignies area
Status : Employee (CDI)
Start date : ASAP
Remote : Minimal, mostly on site

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cloud Manager to take ownership of our client's IT environment, ensuring its performance, scalability, and security.

In this role, you will lead a small IT team while remaining actively involved in technical operations. You will play a key role in modernizing the infrastructure and supporting critical initiatives, including alignment with ISO 27001 standards.
 
Your Responsibilities


IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal and hosted IT systems
• Manage core infrastructure components including servers, networks, storage, and security layers
• Administer and optimize environments such as Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, and remote access solutions
• Handle incidents and coordinate with external hosting providers when required
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Cloud & Transformation Projects

• Lead infrastructure evolution initiatives, including cloud adoption and migration projects
• Implement solutions to streamline and automate IT services
• Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards, particularly in line with ISO 27001
• Partner closely with the Information Security function to deploy and maintain an ISMS framework

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Manage, support, and develop a small IT team
• Organize workload, set priorities, and monitor ongoing projects
• Maintain clear and structured technical documentation and procedures
• Act as a key point of contact between IT, internal teams, and external partners

Your Profile

• Around 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration, including leadership or project responsibilities
• Strong background in Microsoft environments and enterprise infrastructure

Technical Expertise

• Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, Group Policy
• Microsoft SQL Server, Citrix environments, VMware technologies
• Networking fundamentals (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, VLAN, WAF)
• IT security practices (certificates, endpoint protection, monitoring tools)
• Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms, especially Azure and hybrid environments

Additional Strengths

• Exposure to ISO 27001 or strong awareness of IT security and compliance frameworks
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small team
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Languages

• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
