Description :

• Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and development teams on quality assurance topics
• Translates quality requirements into clear testing strategies, plans, and actionable testing activities
• Defines test strategies, test plans, and quality gates aligned with project risks and priorities
• Contributes to the implementation of QA governance and scalable testing practices
• Analyzes and validates application quality through functional, integration, performance, security, and regression testing
• Writes clear functional documentation (test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and QA reports)
• Ensures quality through testing execution, UAT support, defect tracking, and root cause analysis
• Supports test automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous improvement of QA best practices

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience in quality assurance, software testing, or IT development environments
• Strong knowledge of testing tools (bug tracking, test management, automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber)
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and Agile/Scrum practices
• Expertise in test design, execution, and defect management processes
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python, or similar)
• Professional proficiency in English & French
