As a Production Engineer, you are the architect of our manufacturing scalability. You don't just manage machines; you design the end-to-end flow that allows us to grow from 6,000 to over 100,000 motors per year. You will work at the intersection of machining, assembly and automation, ensuring every micron-level component is produced with absolute efficiency while maintaining the highest quality levels

In this role, your key responsibilities include:
