Job Overview
 
Join a leading European energy transmission operator to translate business needs into technical solutions that support a reliable and sustainable electricity infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to model processes, gather and prioritize requirements, design and validate solutions, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative and inclusive environment."
 
Key Responsibilities

• Drive business improvements and lead stakeholders to implement solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Model and refine business processes and information structures aligning with organizational objectives and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Elicit, document, and prioritize business and solution requirements (functional and non-functional) within an Agile framework.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design, validate, and safeguard solutions against business architecture standards.
• Formulate, execute, and support testing activities to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Create and enhance documentation for processes, requirements, and solution designs, promoting best practices.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
