My client is looking for an experienced Middle Team Manager to act as a key operational and people leader within the IT Applications domain. This role sits at the crossroads of team management, project execution, and change management, with a strong focus on translating strategy into concrete, executable actions.

Description de la fonction

• Manage, coach, and develop one or several IT application teams.
• Ensure team engagement, performance, and skills development.
• Actively support organizational, process, and technology changes.
• Ensure teams and stakeholders adopt new ways of working, tools, and solutions.
• Anticipate resistance to change and implement mitigation actions.
• Serve as a trusted, hands-on partner to the Head of Applications.
• Translate strategic roadmaps and objectives into operational execution.

Profil

• Proven experience in IT team management within an applications or delivery environment.
• Solid experience in project management and change management.
• Good understanding of application lifecycle management and IT delivery models.
• Experience acting as a bridge between strategy and execution is a strong asset.
• Trilingual: English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written - mandatory).
• Comfortable working in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
