Inchcape Belux employs over 250 team members. Our portfolio includes vehicle distribution for world-renowned brands, market leading fulfilment solutions, exceptional retail experiences, and tailored financial services.

• Preparing financial data required for monthly and annual closures to ensure that all figures are timely and accurate.
• Assisting in the preparation of documents for tax returns, such as VAT and corporate taxes, by gathering and verifying relevant information for accuracy.
• Providing support during audits by preparing the necessary documentation, making financial data available, and addressing auditors' questions.
• Contributing to the preparation of the annual accounts.
• Identifying inefficiencies in financial processes and suggesting improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication on financial matters.

Profil

• You have a solid economic or financial background and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience in finance or accounting is a plus, not a requirement.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of English.
• Handles recurring tasks independently and recognizes when clarification or escalation is needed.
• Communicates transparently and ensures stakeholders receive accurate and understandable financial information.
• Demonstrates digital readiness with basic Excel knowledge and a strong willingness to further develop technical skills through training.
