• Provide expert advice on Toyota and Lexus vehicles, accessories, and product related services.
• Inspire customers with your enthusiasm for our brands and technologies.
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and clearly explain features and customer benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and accompany test drives on behalf of the Sales Advisor.
• Ensure a memorable vehicle handover experience in collaboration with the Sales Advisor.
• Assist with preparation and follow up tasks in the sales process, including customer contact, system entries, documentation, and fleet management.
• Contribute to the design, maintenance, and welcoming atmosphere of the showroom.
• Build, maintain, and share product expertise within the frontline team.
• Support colleagues with ad hoc product related questions.
• Research and prepare product information for internal use and customer events.
• Assist the service team with product related inquiries.
• Coordinate with the parts department for accessories orders.
• Support administrative tasks related to workshop planning and vehicle deliveries.

Profil

• A strong interest in the automotive world.
• Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English.
• Genuine enthusiasm for Lexus products and technologies.
• The ability to explain complex features in a clear and engaging way.
• A passion for working with people and delivering great customer experiences.
• A collaborative mindset and strong team spirit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
