Description de la fonction

As an HR Consultant - French & English your responsibilities are:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HR matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to client needs.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job description creation and candidate assessment.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR best practices.
  • Prepare detailed HR reports and documentation for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.



Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes in human resources.Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients through active prospecting and account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage recruitment mandates from A to Z.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of our Brussels office.



Recruitment & People Management

  • Source, interview, and select qualified candidates.
  • Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Work closely with international teams across the group.

Profil

A successful HR Consultant - French & English should have:

  • Fluency in both French and English to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
  • A relevant academic background in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR practices and employment law.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
